• PODROBNÉ PŘEDLOŽENÍ: The Grand Hotel Porta Rossa of Firenze is the oldest of the Tuscan capital town, already known to 14th century Italian and foreign travelers as a central inn. In the vicinity of the "Ponte Vecchio", the hotel is a typical Renaissance palace, built in the year 1500. Three floors, over which rises the thirteenth-century Monalda Tower, containing the special suite from which one can admire a breath-taking view over the historical centre.
78 bedrooms open to large living-rooms and wide corridors. All different in size and furnishing, they
have in common the comfortable, traditional wooden furniture.

The Grand Hotel Porta Rossa is at a few steps of Piazza della Signoria, where the first copy of the Michelangelo's David stands since more than 5 centuries at the foot of the municipal palace (the"Palazzo Vecchio", Arnolfo di Cambio's masterpiece). If you look for an hotel nearby the Uffizi Gallery, the Grand Hotel Porta Rossa is the best choice, at two minutes only to one of the richest gallery of art in the world.
